How long does my order take to ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Your satisfaction with our products is incredibly important to us! We want you to love your experience.
If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's how we handle returns:
Unopened & Unused: You may return your products if they are unopened and unused within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Opened (Trial & Satisfaction): We understand you need to try it! If you've opened and used your product, but it wasn't the right fit for your skin, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit. This allows you to explore future products from our line.
To initiate a return, please email us at Luxebyrr@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or arrived damaged.
Defective or Damaged Products: In the rare event your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
